Hi, I’m Sue!
I’m a movement guide providing a shameless, open space with resources to help you build your own daily practice.
I started exercising as an outlet from my stressful job. An attitude of competition and drive for quick results led to multiple injuries, and later on, I was lucky to land in a supportive environment with patient teachers who showed me how to slow down and listen to my body.
Now, I seek to return the favor, with both online and in-person classes (and the Sunday Scaries circle!), all offerings built for people like me.
