HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Let’s begin at the beginning.

Sometimes you need to calm down.
Sometimes you need a pick-me-up.
Sometimes you want to be alone.
Sometimes you want to be together.

All of my offerings support different everyday states — the ones we actually live in.
If you’re not sure where to begin, start at the beginning.

BEGIN AT THE BEGINNING

1:1 Orientation Session

A one-time, low-pressure session to help you slow down, get oriented, and choose a next step that actually fits your life.

We’ll talk, reflect, and lightly move or rest together. You’ll leave with clarity about what kind of support you need right now — calm or energetic, alone or together — and where that lives in my work.

You might be here if:

You’re carrying a lot, even if it doesn’t show. Your calendar is booked in 30-min increments, you answer texts while eating, and by evening your shoulders are up by your ears. You still haven’t called your mom back.

Your mind feels like 35 tabs open at once. 3 deadlines, 2 unfinished conversations, 1 email you keep meaning to send, and “inbox zero” feels like a pipe dream you’ll never actually reach.

Rest doesn’t feel restorative. You sit on the couch, scroll for 20 min looking for a Netflix show that might calm you down, choose nothing, and somehow feel more wired than before. You briefly fantasize about living in the woods, where no one asks if you have 5 minutes to chat, because it never is.

You’re craving space to pause without fixing or explaining yourself. You don’t want a “tell me about yourself” moment that turns into reciting your job description. You want to move, breathe, and be met without having to perform, while still feeling quietly connected to the energy of other people.

You’re tired of approaches that rely on sheer willpower and perfection. You tried something like 75 Hard, made it through 5 perfect days, missed the 10 pages of reading on day 6, and felt the whole thing collapse into exhaustion and quiet shame.

Is this for you?
If you want help figuring out where to start — without committing to a whole program — this is a supportive first step.
