BEGIN AT THE BEGINNING
How we work together
All of my offerings support different everyday states — the ones we actually live in.
If you’re not sure where to begin, start at the beginning.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Start at the beginning
You might be here because you’re carrying a lot, even if it doesn’t show.
Your calendar is booked in 30-minute increments. You answer texts while eating.
By evening, your shoulders are up by your ears and you still haven’t called your mom back.
Rest doesn’t feel restorative.
You sit on the couch, scroll for something that might calm you down, choose nothing, and somehow feel more wired. You briefly fantasize about disappearing somewhere quiet where no one asks if you have five minutes to chat, because it never is.
You’re craving space to pause without fixing or explaining yourself. You don’t want to perform or summarize your life. You want to move, breathe, and be met as you are, while still feeling gently connected to others.

Ways we can work togetheR
There’s no single right way to begin.
Different seasons call for different kinds of support, and the offerings here are designed to meet those differences.
Some people want conversation and real-time support. Some want something they can return to quietly. Some want a shared rhythm without pressure or performance. The offerings below are shaped around those needs, so you can choose based on what feels most supportive right now.
individual sessions
Working together 1:1
1:1 work is relational and responsive. We work with what’s present that day. You don’t need a plan or a polished story. We slow things down, notice what matters, and respond in real time
Sessions may include reflection, inquiry, and grounding practices as needed. The focus is clarity, capacity, and staying connected to yourself as things shift.

the energy menu
The Energy Menu is a framework for choosing support based on energy, not outcomes. It’s for moments when deciding what you need already feels like work.
Instead of pushing or optimizing, it helps you orient first. You’ll see the Energy Menu woven through self-guided and group offerings, each offering a different level of structure and support..

Choosing a starting point
If you want conversation and real-time responsiveness, start with 1:1 work.
If you want something you can return to quietly, a self-guided Energy Menu offering may fit.
If you want shared rhythm without pressure, a group-based Energy Menu offering may feel right.
You don’t have to choose once and stick with it. Many people move between these depending on season and capacity.
HOW THIS WORK FEELS
However we work together, the pace is steady, human, and attentive. Over time, things begin to feel less urgent. You notice more space between what’s asked of you and how you respond, and decisions don’t carry quite the same weight or rush. The work doesn’t aim to change who you are. It supports you in staying present, making clearer choices, and moving through your days with a little more ease and steadiness.
